Used BaddAss Purple Heart Teak Bass

Nope, this isn't some prank product we created for April Fool's Day. This is an honest-to-god, semi-hollow Bass guitar...shaped like an (b)ass! Conceptualized back in the 1990s by Jerry Lyshkov when he was in the luthier business, this BaddAss Bass guitar utilizes a wide range of repurposed woods for its construction: Purple Heart, Teak, and Rock Maple comprise the body and neck, while the fingerboard is a familiar Ebony for fast playing. The BaddAss employs a set of EMG DE active pickups as its electronics system, which compliment the surprising amount of resonance that this instrument yields. And those curves aren't just nice to look at (did we really just say that?) - they make the BaddAss quite comfortable to play, as well. Certainly as much a work of art as it is a fun bass to play.
