Returns
We love everything we sell here at Walt Grace Vintage. However, we understand that sometimes you’ll get it home, and just not feel the same. For that reason, we’ll make it super easy for you to return or exchange your purchase.
New Gear:
There is a 7-day return policy on all new gear purchased. However, we recognize that sometimes it takes a bit longer to figure out that you and your purchase just aren’t clicking the way that you hoped you would—and that the 7 day grace period just not be long enough. With that in mind, we do sometimes make exceptions on a case by case basis. We ask you please return the item exactly in the condition it was received, including contents such as case candy, tools, and any accessories. If anything is missing, or not in "as-new" condition, the return will be subject to a minimum 20% restock fee or refused entirely. Buyer will be responsible for shipping costs unless order was received damaged or incorrect. No returns on special orders.

There is a 3-day return policy on all used/vintage gear purchased. We ask you please return the item exactly in the condition it was received, including contents such as case candy, tools, or accessories. If anything is missing, or the item is not in the same condition it was sent to you, the return will be subject to a minimum 20% restock fee or refused entirely. Buyer will be responsible for shipping costs unless order was received damaged or incorrect.
Return Shipping Policy:
Should you decide to return your purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon receiving.
