1986 Porsche 944 Turbo - Grand-Prix White
Fun facts: In 1986 Oprah Winfrey had her first show, Argentina won the World Cup and Porsche launched the 944 Turbo.
Albeit drastically different from it’s rear-engine counterpart (the 911), the 944 Turbo was and is a Porsche through and through. With its efficient, 2.5L turbocharged in-line 4 cylinders mounted right behind the front axle, the 944 Turbo was quickly noted as having one of the greatest balancing acts of its day. Boasting an impressive 0-60 time of 5.9 seconds, an extremely spacious cockpit, and a convenient rear hatchback, the 944 Turbo is one of the greatest daily drivers ever made—and so much more!
Photographed above, our 1986 Porsche 944 Turbo is finished in Grand Prix White over a Cancan Red Leather Interior. Having gone only 69k miles, this ‘80s legend has been meticulously looked after. With documentation dating back to square one and the original window sticker stating the “Special Leather Interior”, this 944 Turbo is truly a find and has been with the same/2nd owner since 1989.
