If you like a '59 Les Paul - and really, who doesn't? - but with a slimmer neck, look no further than this 1960 Les Paul Standard Reissue. Sharing much of its DNA with its older brother the '59, the '60 LP was a guitar of choice for a host of famous guitar players, and thanks to the Gibson Custom Shop, you can see why for yourself. It rips just as hard as a '59, and looks absolutely stunning, from the Washed Cherry Burst finish to the "reflector" Volume and Tone knobs.

1960 was the last year for the original Les Paul Standard, nearly identical to a 1959 model except for a few specs. Most notably, it features a fast-playing slim neck profile, beloved by the many famous musicians who played '60 Bursts including Eric Clapton, Joe Walsh, and Paul McCartney. It also has "reflector" Volume & Tone knobs and wider "double-ring" tuner tips. The Custom Shop 1960 Les Paul Standard Reissue is a clone of the originals from the hide-glue construction to the chemically re-engineered plastic parts.
