A Curated Experience

At the heart of our Cafe, is our state of the art Kees Van Der Westen Spirit espresso machine. Imported from the Netherlands, the Spirit sports our own custom built pre-infusion chambers with added levers that replicate the look of an early ‘60s Jaguar E-Type. The Spirit is dialed in twice a day, measuring dry grounds, time of extraction and wet weight so our customers receive the perfect blend. 
The Cafe at Walt Grace Vintage also has its own proprietary water filtration system which cleans and remineralizes the water we use for our coffee machines. This filtration machine gives our coffee its distinct taste and is designed to bring out the  flavors of every cup we brew.
