This 2005 Martin M-42 is more than your ordinary Martin. A signature model developed as a nod to multi-instrumentalist David Bromberg's original archtop conversion, the M-42 utilizes an M-style body - a.k.a 0000, Martin's largest body style - in order to produce huge tone in a package that's as easy to play as an OM-style Martin. It being a signature guitar, you can expect that Martin pulled out all the jewelry, bestowing a sparkling 42-style appointment package, "racing stripe" binding on the fretboard, and Bromberg's signature between the 19th and 20th frets.
