1990 Rolex GMT Master II - Two Tone Ref. 16713

The Rolex GMT-Master has been the go-to watch for pilots, adventurers, and globetrotters since its introduction in 1955. Originally developed for Pan Am pilots navigating the dawn of transatlantic jet travel, the GMT-Master allowed wearers to track multiple time zones simultaneously.

The reference 16713, introduced in the late 1980s, is the two-tone evolution of the iconic GMT-Master II. Crafted from stainless steel and 18k yellow gold, and powered by the robust Caliber 3185 movement, it features a 40mm case, bidirectional bezel, sapphire crystal, and independently adjustable hour hand — a hallmark of line. 

This particular 1990 example is in excellent overall condition and was produced within the last few years where Rolex offered  a tritium lume — denoted by the T<25 under the six.  Additionally, this modern-classic is a full set, accompanied by its original box, papers, and accessories.
