This Fender Custom Shop '61 Stratocaster Heavy Relic electric guitar is a faithful recreation of a classic 1960s design. Featuring a 2-piece alder body with a deep candy-apple Super Faded Aged Sonic Blue finish over 3-Color Sunburst, the guitar offers vintage-style playability with a 1960 Oval C-profile neck also containing a bone nut and flat-lam rosewood fretboard. Its three Custom Shop Hand-wound Texas Special Strat single-coil pickups deliver a loud, clear sound. This Custom Shop '61 Stratocaster also has a beautiful relic job that will make you second guess whether this guitar is actually a vintage Strat from 1961.
