Take a musical journey back to the mid-'60s with the Fender Custom Shop 1965 Jazz Bass® Journeyman Relic®. This bass guitar authentically captures the look, feel and tone of a well-loved '60s Jazz Bass.
The two-piece select alder body is finished in a nitrocellulose lacquer that imparts the aged, worn-in vibe of a vintage instrument. The finish is artfully relic'd to mimic years of light wear and tear with checking, fading and nicks that tell the story of the bass' journey. The quartersawn maple neck has a comfortable 1960 “U" profile with Custom Shop Hand-Wound Jazz Bass® pickups to capture that quintessential Jazz Bass® tone.
