2016 Fender Custom Yngwie Malmsteen Owned '68 Maple Cap Stratocaster, Masterbuilt by John Cruz - Vintage White

This custom Stratocaster was built by Master Luthier John Cruz for Yngwie, at his special request, to be used as a backup to his cherished 1968 maple capped neck Fender Stratocaster for performances during his 2016 touring schedule. This guitar was built to replicate the feel and vibe of that special Strat, which has been loved and used by The Maestro for a great deal of studio recordings and live performances since its purchase many years ago. It features a larger C shape scalloped - maple capped neck, which is signed, dated and initialed as a custom YJM guitar by John Cruz on the heel . It also features Yngwie's custom Seymour Duncan pickup harness, as well as the signature Vintage Yellow finished body, complete with a Ferrari sticker on the back.
